Interior BPO & Valuation

Real Estate Brokers perform the BPO. They inspect the property on behalf of the financial institution and provide an estimate of the property's value based on the features of the property under consideration and comparison with recently sold and nearby available properties of a similar nature.

The property's estimated value as determined by a BPO does not represent the official appraised value, and it may not be the same as the property's market value.
